We first tried them out after a little ankle injury and, TBH, the thought of shopping anywhere else for shoes is just plain crazy. We still love you DSW, but The Walking Company is where it’s at.

What Is It?
We were first introduced to The Walking Company from our helpful mom who recommended that we check them out after we had a bit of an ankle injury while going on our daily morning run. We had to take a break from running for a while and really needed a sneaker that was comfortable, yet still provided the ankle support that we so desperately needed. TBH, we always thought they were for older people like our parents (sorry mom and dad!) but let’s just say we were more than pleasantly surprised.
If you’ve only passed them by while at the mall, but never actually stopped in, at the least you should def check them out online. Don’t worry, we haven’t actually been to a mall in a while either. Long story short (too late), we were able to pick up a pair of sneakers from a brand that we actually knew of (Saucony) and not only did they feel great and really help our ankle while healing, but they actually looked great too. Now that our ankle is back to normal and we can run again, we still shop them for a variety of our footwear needs.

Are There Promo Codes or Coupons?
We totally get that you want to save some money, but here’s the real deal with this question. So, um, no. Not really. Well kind of. A little. Sometimes. Does that clear things up? So, no. The Walking Company doesn’t have the kind of promo code offers or coupons you may be looking for. They don’t provide them to other websites (and we don’t have any here either). Typically when you see them listed on some of those sites, they’re all basically invalid. How annoying! However, they do have some discount offers and codes for customers, but you have to get them directly from their own website. In the past we’ve seen the offer to take 20% off just by subscribing to their email. And they had a pretty decent free shipping offer too.
