The nose is familiar, a little fruiter and brighter than your usually bottle of Jack Daniel’s. The taste is spicy with some sweet notes that gives it a nice balance; a less sweet version than original. The finish is smooth with a nice mix of spicy, heat and woody notes to balance the caramel sweetness.
All and all a good everyday bourbon. Check out our review of the Jack Daniel’s Rye, as well.
